What does a Magento project cost?
That depends a lot on the scope - a small adjustment is something quite different from a full relaunch. In the free initial consultation we give you an honest, rough estimate before you commit to anything.
Do you also take over existing shops from another agency?
Yes. That's actually one of our specialties: taking over existing Magento shops, stabilizing them, maintaining them and developing them further in a targeted way, even when the previous team's documentation isn't ideal.
Magento 2, Adobe Commerce, Mage-OS or Hyvä - what do you work with?
With all four. Our team is both Adobe and Hyvä certified. We'll give you honest advice on which path makes the most sense for your shop and your budget.
How quickly can you start?
For a first conversation, usually within a few days. We agree on the actual project start openly with you, without empty promises about capacity we don't have.
Do you also do just maintenance, without a big project?
Absolutely. We support many clients long-term with maintenance & support: security updates, small adjustments and a contact who really knows the shop.
What if my shop goes down - do you react quickly?
Of course. Outages always take priority. You reach someone who knows your shop right away, either through a dedicated emergency address or directly by phone. For emergencies we usually respond within an hour, and often much faster.
Do you only work with clients from Frankfurt, or remotely too?
Both. Our office is in Frankfurt, but we support clients across the entire DACH region and sometimes beyond. In person on site or by video call, whatever works best for you.
Am I tied in long-term by the first conversation or a project?
No. The first conversation is free and without obligation. And after that there are no restrictive contracts either: maintenance stays flexible, and we plan projects step by step with you.
